Please understand that when you book an appointment that time is reserved specifically for you. Last minute cancellations and no shows make it difficult to fill those appointment spots. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. No call no shows will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment before being allowed to rebook. Clients who no show appointments may also be required to pay future appointments in full at the time of booking. Please note that additional charges may still apply at the appointment depending on added services nail art length or design changes made during the appointment.
